”Fantastic small batch roasted coffee! I've tried 4 blends so far and enjoyed them all. My top 2 favorites out of the 4 are African Night Train blend - Whoa! What a fantastic blend! Rich, full of flavor with hints of dark chocolate and a flavor that demands you pay attention to it. Mack The Knife will be a go-to coffee for me - subtler than African Night Train, but also full of flavor with a hint of chocolate. A great blend of dark and medium roast beans. I'm very happy that I stumbled upon COTP. Besides roasting incredible coffee, their customer service is top notch! I'm looking forward to trying more blends.”

Every batch is roasted to perfection! I have lived all over the US and in Europe and tasted coffee from many places. I have been a Barista on a few occasions as well. I am a definite coffee connoisseur and love a great cup of coffee and this is my new favorite!!

“I don't drink coffee, but my husband does. I used to buy him nice beans and grind them, but he was just as happy with crummy grocery store coffee as he was with the good stuff. Then someone gave us a bag of Coffee On The Porch. I brewed it up for my sweetie, and happened to be glancing at him when he took his first sip. His eyes flew open. His brows shot up to where his hairline used to be. "WOW!" he yelped. "This coffee is a life-altering experience! What IS it?" So now I'll be keeping him stocked up with Coffee On The Porch. Bonus, it smells so great when I brew it, it makes me happy, too.”

“I was never really a coffee drinker. If I did, it was for a caffeine hit many years ago during my college days in order to finish a paper or study for finals. Later on I drank it from the local donut shop in order to sustain the 60 hours a week that I was working (heavy sugar and heavy cream)! Years later, my husband and I along with our 2 small children (at the time) came to Camden Maine to spend time with my in-laws. (The visit that changed the way I perceived coffee.) Dan was having his monthly coffee on the porch, where he’d invite friends and family over to enjoy beans that he roasted along with yummy pastries that were pot-lucked. I was reluctant but he’d created a blend just for us called “Hyde Park” because that’s the neighborhood in Chicago that we lived in. Upon that first sip, I said WHOA, IS THIS HOW COFFEE IS SUPPOSE TO TASTE??? He just smiled.”
